PAYMENTS

Lingerie For Me currently only accepts payments made through PayPal and Direct Deposit.

Payments are to be sent to lingerieforme@live.com.au however you should not need to enter this if you pay using the PayPal button at checkout. On your statement it will appear as “PAYPAL*LINGERIEFOR”.

If you need to sign up for a PayPal account or to get more information on using PayPal please visit them direct at http://www.paypal.com as they are our preferred payment option.

To Pay using Direct Deposit please note that your order will not be processed until the full payment is received into our account. This can take up to a couple of days depending on your bank.

For faster payment if possible please pay directly at any Commonwealth Bank of Australia branch.

In extreme cases we can usually organise an alternative payment option however this will delay the processing time on your order. Please contact us by email admin@lingerieforme.com.au as soon as possible if you are having any difficulty making payments using PayPal or Direct Deposit.

SHIPPING AND PACKING

All care will be taken when packaging items for shipping to ensure the item gets to you in perfect condition as when it left the office. Wherever possible items will be posted in a box or if not possible they will at least be wrapped up in bubble wrap to ensure their safety during shipping.

Orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving full payment for the order and will be shipped out as soon as possible depending on avaliablility. If you choose items that are not kept in stock please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to ship out as we place your order direct with the manufacturer and there can sometimes be a delay.

If any items are out of stock they will be put on a backorder and will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. We will notify you as soon as possible if this does happen.

We charge a flat rate for shipping to anywhere within Australia and this rate includes packing costs and shipping charges using Australia Post Express Service.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds on goods so please choose carefully as all sales are final. However we will accept exchange for faulty goods by a manufacturing fault within 7 days provided the customer contacts us within 48 hours of delivery and any shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our office will first need to determine if the item is faulty before any replacements will be issued. The item must be returned in it’s original packaging with tags attached and not to appear to have been worn other than to be tried on. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. If and only when the item is not replaceable will we offer store credit to the same value only.

MATERIALS EXPLAINED

What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?

Patent: either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance.

PU: short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather.

Stretch: either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs.

Leather: usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

LINGEIRE SIZE GUIDE

The lingerie sold on this website is manufactured in many different countries depending on the brand and supplier that it is from so the sizing may vary slightly depending on the style of lingerie.

If you are on the larger scale of the measurements we suggest that you pick the next size up to ensure the item will not fit too tightly.

Please remember that this is to be used as a guide only as some styles may vary the sizing slightly.
